I have an ongoing case that did not move an inch in the past 4 weeks. One of my products was removed from the market due to safety issue. For the listing reinstatement I needed to provide: Declaration of Conformity, Pictures of the product [and/or] packaging, Instruction of use
It was not from the first try but I was able to submit Pictures of the product packaging, Instruction of use that complied with all the requirements , ie Instruction of use must be translated into each corresponding language according to the country of sales and pictures of the product packaging must show mandatory markings, which in my case was missing a few key points - EU/UK address & CE mark - this was clearly conveyed in the support responses.
However I am now stuck with a DOC that has been drafted according to the requirements outlined in “EU and UK product marking guidance: CE and UKCA marking" guide. The DOC includes everything that it must according to the guide, but submission I receive a response from the support team saying:
“The documentation provided is not sufficient for reinstatement. We are still missing Declaration of Conformity. Not all the applicable Directives and/or Standards are present in the DoC. The DoC provided is not complete. Please work with your supplier/manufacturer to provide an updated document.”upon
There are all the standards that this product complies with listed in the DoC based on the information in the test report.
When trying to get more information about these Directives and/or Standards - I am being ignored and the only reply is “The DoC provided is not complete. Please work with your supplier/manufacturer to provide an updated document”.
Furthermore I listed all the requirements they have for DoC which are numbered in my DoC for them to point out what is missing or “incomplete”, but this is the “assistance” I receive:
“Our team has worked on the same and according to them the Declaration of Conformity provided is not complete. Please work with your supplier/manufacturer to provide an updated document. If you have more questions regarding the compliance of your products please follow the help page given below:

I have emailed to managing director and waiting for their response back.
But meanwhile did anybody have such experience and can suggest how to get through with this incomplete DoC?
