Read onlyWe're a tea company established for over 120 years. We started selling our teas on Amazon a couple of years ago. We have Brand Registry.
One of our teas is on a variation listing with 4 different formats, eg loose leaf and tea bags. All of a sudden out of the blue Amazon has taken down 3 of the variations and said we can't sell them any more. Same tea as the other variation, just in a different format.
I've opened so many cases but always get the same reply. We want to keep our customers safe. It's tea!
What makes it even more infuriating is that one of our customers is allowed to sell the teas we've been told we can't sell any more.
Does anyone have any idea how I can correct this?
