New seller seem to be gated in all categories where can i find help?

i am a new seller and i seem to be gated in all categories including those that are supposed to be un gated for everyone. Where can i find actual help to see what is going on?

Do you have a pro account? Some categories require a pro account in order to be ungated.

Are you sure it is category gating and not product or brand gating?
