FBA Pallet Requirements

Good afternoon,

My partner and I have a shipment being sent into Amazon on a pallet. Usually the products would be in a box but the supplier has told us they will just be shrink wrapped and not in boxes. Has anyone done this before or know if this will be acceptable when sent into Amazon?
Any help or info is appreciated.
