How long does it take for Amazon to review account deactivation appeals?

It’s been 1 month with no update whatsoever. It’s as if they’re not even planning on ever checking the appeal and documents. It was taking them hours to reject them previously, now we’ve had 0 updates after 1 month. I don’t know what to do honestly.

If you’ve had your account reinstated, how long was it after you submitted the account deactivation appeal?

We had a section 3 suspension a few years back, it was simple to fix once we knew the issue, but still it took 2 months for reinstatement. It took an understanding SS person to spell out what they wanted on the POA, as we kept going off on a wrong tangent, hence the rejections. Very stressful, but keep calling and ask for a POA review, you will come across a sympathetic ear eventually.
