Read onlyMy last FBA shipment took six weeks before the units were successfully received by Amazon and I currently have an FBA shipment that's been 'in transit' for 4 weeks.
I asked Amazon to investigate via Seller Support and provided the manufacturer signed packing slip that was requested, but the status of the caselog has been 'Pending Amazon Action' for the last 2 weeks with no reply.
Can anyone help me understand why my stock is taking so long for Amazon to check-in and if there's anything I can do to prompt Amazon to take action?
