Product ID
Hello amazon fam. I'm new and have yet to list my first product. I have been stuck on this for the last few days. I have my own print on demand store on shopify and I use Printify to fulfill my orders. Again this is Print on Demand thus no GTIN, UPC or Product ID(ASIN). I have some products that are branded and some that are not. Since I am not a registered trademark yet. I decided to start off my Amazon listing with the un-branded products like a Desk Pad/Mouse Pad. I have it marked Generic as there is no branding on it. Yet the system is requirement me to enter a Product ID on the Variants tab and there is no hotlink or button to apply for an exemption, like the videos show. Please help...

Update. I have found that the checkbox for "I Don't Have a Product ID" goes away when you select the check box for Variants. When you get to the Variants page, there is no check box for "I Don't Have a Product ID". It seems you cant get an exemption if you have variants.
