How can I merge these "PACK GROUP 1" and "PACK GROUP 2" together?
My Amazon FBA product is the same product, but it is requested to be sent in 2 groups.
The products are the same product, there is only a difference in size and color.
It does not contain hazardous substances. It looks like this even though I confirmed in the product information section that it is not harmful or dangerous. I want to send it as a single group.
Can you please help me send it in 1 group?

Hi @Seller_Zn4jcQfw0SjUS, jumping in in lieu of others, but are you still facing this issue? Factors that determine which SKUs can be packed together include SKU weight and dimensions, prep-and-labeling requirements and ownership, and whether the SKUs are dangerous goods (hazmat) that require special handling at the fulfillment center. That said if you're still trying to resolve we can do some further digging but it may well be the size and color variance fo the SKUs you mention.
