Royal Mail 'Order Business Supplies'
Does anyone else find ordering business supplies from Royal Mail impossible?
I refer to those with Online Business Accounts. I have spent 15 minutes going around in circles, following the links.
It’s shamefully impossible.
Any tips gratefully received. Oh I phoned the helpdesk. No one there. Must be on strike then.

Then tried on chrome browser and order placed in 30 seconds

Make sure you are logged into your OBA - not click and drop - and order here

yes! find exactly the same issue and we are using Chrome. Also, really getting fed up with the limit placed on ordering thermal labels as their Zebra Printer that they sold us, randomly prints blank labels inbetween printing on print runs that wastes labels but I am prevented from ordering more. Maddening!
If anyone has any tips on stopping the Zebra printing blank, please let me know.

Are you using Safari on Apple? And everytime you click/ after log in it takes you back to the same place? If so, switch to chrome. RM systems hate Apple for some reason.

There’s been an ongoing issue with Firefox, spoke to my account manager about it weeks ago. Chrome is fine for me.
I’ve just tested it again on Firefox and logging in just loops me around to a generic page with the following message at the top:
