Notebook Listed as a Book & Main Image Appears Too Small

Hi,

I'm experiencing two issues with my notebook listing:

  • Incorrect Category Assignment: The notebook keeps being listed under Books and appears as an author-published book in search results. It should be under Notizbücher (Notebooks).
  • Main Image Too Small: Despite uploading 4000x4000 JPG images, the front-end display remains too small.

Steps Taken:

  • Relisted the product under Notizbücher without images, but the issue persisted.
  • Opened a case with Amazon Support (Case ID: 10966081872) → Amazon refreshed the ASINs and said changes could take up to 5 days, but there was no improvement.

Has anyone faced this issue? Any suggestions on how to correct the category and resolve the image display problem?

It looks like the product is still identified as a Book product in Germany. I would recommend that you reach out specifically to indicate that the category for this product is incorrect and needs to be adjusted.
