Hermes Payment Issues

I use Hermes bulk upload for a small amount of my parcels from amazon. When attempting to pay it keeps stating payment failed. They have released a new website recently however for bulk upload the classic website is still in use until March 28th.
Is anyone having these issues? is this a site wide issue?

So likely to do with the new online payment regulations that came into force today? Lots in the news about it. Perhaps Hermes are slow to catch on.

Likely not related, but i believe Hermes are now called Evri from today.
