Shows what's inside
Hi Guys,
One of my FBA listings is coming up with a message in the buy box to say : Shows what’s inside. Item is often dispatched in the manufacturer container to reduce packaging. If this is a gift, consider delivery to a different address.
It is underwear so completely inappropriate to have the item sent out like this, does anyone know how to turn this off or get it changed back normal FBA packaging. So annoyed they have done this, it has resulted in a bad feedback, have opened a case with seller support but it keeps getting moved on

Maybe inappropriate but I get underwear, pyjamas all sent out this way. I have indeed had similar deliveries from Amazon delivered in this way.
You can’t opt into FBA packaging as only the customer can choose this on checkout. All you can do is consider how you send items in so that it doesn’t reveal what is inside the packaging.
