How Do I ship a full pallet of 1 SKU without Amazon breaking up the pallet
Hi,
We are trying to switch to FTL shipping, as we ship larger heavier items. We've been doing Small Parcel Delivery but it's quite costly. I was wondering if there is a way to create shipments but keep our pallet quantities. When we send SPD FBA inventory, we ship full pallets (1 SKU).
When I go to create a FTL shipment, it asks us to break up the pallet into various quantities, which overloads our warehouse employees. Is there a way to create pallet minimums? Or to tell Amazon how many units are on each pallet?

Hey there,
I did some research on your question, and was not able to find an option to adjust an FTL shipment to the degree that you were describing. The internal resources don't give explicit guidelines on how to do this, which led me to my conclusion. Apologies for any frustration that may cause! You can research FTL requirements and pallet building hereif you're curious.

If I understand your problem correctly, you can define a single sku pallet when you create the packing template for the product.
Change the drop down from case pack to single sku pallet. Then you will define the case pack AND the cases per pallet.
Then during Send to Amazon step 1 it will ask how many pallets you are sending, and do the math for the total cases packs and selling units.
