So we have two issues with our accounts, one is we sold an item on Amazon Canda a long time ago and for some reason, none of our cards are "suitable" for amazon so the reimbursement keeps bouncing back. We have no way of contacting Amazon Canada as it won't allow us to do so without a valid payment method.
I should add that both cards on file work for all other marketplaces except the US, Canada and so it seems Japan too.
The second issue is also similar to the above so we cant speak to anyone about it, but at Amazon Japan, we do not have any products for sale over there yet our balance is showing -211 what gives?
