Germany account deactivated for no reason - no response from Amazon support
My Germany account was deactivated on April 6th, apparently because it needed a valid VAT number. However, both our VAT numbers for Germany and The Netherlands have been added and validated by Amazon. We logged numerous support cases (11011151542, 11038388202, 11013606852, 11013606852, 11013137112) and spoke to 2 different support agents, each time we were promised our case was sent for 'internal review', yet absolutely nothing has happened and there has been zero follow up or response from anyone at Amazon Support.
We are missing out on important sales (€3000+) as Germany is our key market with no end in sight.
Where is Amazon support? Who can assist getting our account back up?

The uk mods cannot help with your German marketplace- only Uk.
Maybe a daft question but is Germany or uk your home market

I had a problem a bit like this and it turned out someone at the German VAT office had changed my VAT number in error so it created a VIES problem.
Might be worth contacting the German VAT office. They are very helpful.

I am in the exact same situation and also tried to make a post here in the forum, hoping for some reply from the support as they are totally silent when creating case ID's.
I haven't solved my own issue yet as there are still no answer from support. So I will be following this topic of yours hoping you get a solution.
Although I noticed that my the address for my VAT numbers were wrong even though they are accepted. When clicking "Edit" next to your VAT number you can see this. Did you check for this?
