Cant list Products - Please help
Hello everyone, im trying to start selling on Amazon but keep running into problems, im hoping someone more experienced and knowledgeable than myself could help me. Im trying to list
EAN : 5055056770549 but i am getting this error below. This is from a different manufacture so i dont know why i am getting these errors, the items are Hello Kitty 2000mah Powerbank. Any help is appreciated
The value ‘Sanrio’ specified cannot be used as it conflicts with the value ‘LEXIBOOK’ for ASIN Z in the Amazon catalogue. If this is ASIN ‘B01M327T7F’, update the value to match the ASIN data. If this is a different product, update identifying information (UPC/EAN/Part Number/etc).

It’s as they say really. That ean has already been used for the ASIN they gave you. The same EAN cannot be used on different listings.

It happens sometimes. You can try contacting seller support with pictures of the EAN on the product, clearly showing the brand, and ideally on the manufacturers website too but generally I find it doesn’t work and I give up and sell them elsewhere.
