What is 'Registration Extract' and 'Business Proof of Address' ? No clue from Amazon
Hey folks. Rather than give you my backstory (I failed verification), can I ask what your take is on what is a ‘Registration Extract’ and ‘Business proof of address’?
For the first I had to Google and make an educated guess as Amazon is as helpful as a chocolate tea pot. I contacted Companies House and got a certified and date stamped copy of my Certificate of Incorporation.
For the second I uploaded a business bank account statement.
I then failed verification.
I have asked Amazon via case log for help but all questions are marked as answered and ignored.
Thank you.

Just a little word to the wise (unless you already know). You should have your Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association, Register of Members and Register of Directors and Secretaries, at hand, at the registered office for your company. ANYBODY and I mean anybody, can lawfully ask to see these documents at any reasonable time. That is the price you pay for being a limited company. If you haven’t got these documents available, you’re breaking the law and could be struck off and prosecuted. Now, a bank statement for a limited company is only proof of address if it is addressed to your registered office, which is not necessarily the same as your trading address. If the bank statement address is different to your registered office address, this may account for failing verification. Please check your documents.
