so we have found an product and we have already sold 6 units and nothing has happened and now we are unsure to if we can sell item and we do not want to take risk of getting blocked on amazon and when i applied to sell on amazon it only asked me questions saying will you sell real products. here is asin what do you guys think ASIN: B08QV5SVMV

We made a listing for one of our products. It took some time to get the brand registered and approved by Brand Registry. We sell the product on behalf of the brand owner. We asked Amazon to update the listings with the new brand. As I assune you already know, this is not possible. Now we are planning to take down the old listing, and make a new with the correct brand. We will follow up and withdraw our stock from FBA, and then send them in again related to the new listing and the new ASIN.

Our question is this:

We sent the products to FBA with the original EAN on them. We are withdrawing the products now, and will send them in for the new Listing/ASIN on the approved brand. Do we need to change the EAN? Or can we keep it? The EAN is already registered on the EU trademark..

Amazon asked us to put Age Restriction Attribute on one of our callus remover products when we updated it the violation got solved but now after 24h our inventory got stranded and stranded reason is Qualification required. When we are trying to request approval it says
