FBA Shipment Delays Receiving since February 14th and delivered on February 18th no change...
Hi Everybody,
I have 2 FBA shipments that seem to be facing odd delays:
FBA15LG3SR9T - This was marked as delivered on 14th Feb, receiving on the 20th but no change since.
FBA15LG5D54X - This was delivered on the 18th but no change from delivered.
I've had shipments received and checked in since it just seems to be these too that are really stuck in limbo.
Has anybody else had any experiences like this or can offer any advice?
I'll also tag the mods just in the hope that they can wave a magical fba wand and kick start something (please :D ) @Jameson_Amazon @Yujiro_Amazon@Dougal_Amazon @Ange_Amazon@Sandy_Amazon@NR_Amazon

@Seller_G5FJfa4vSIczx Hey there! Thanks so much for reaching out and sharing the details on your shipments — I can totally understand how frustrating it is to have inventory just sitting in limbo, especially when other shipments have been moving through just fine.
Here's what's likely happening and what you can do right now:
Check Your Shipment Status in Seller Central
- Go to Inventory in Seller Central and select Manage FBA Shipments
- From the Shipping Queue, click Track Shipment for each of your shipment IDs
On the Shipment Events page, look for one of these statuses:
- Checked In – The fulfillment center has confirmed delivery, but inventory hasn't been processed yet
- Receiving – Your items are being scanned and added to your fulfillment inventory
- Closed – All inventory has been processed and is available for sale
Delays can be caused by:
Higher-than-usual shipment volumes at the fulfillment center
Labeling issues or barcodes that are difficult to scan
Products requiring additional prep or inspection
Inventory getting temporarily stuck in "FC Processing" or "Reserved" status
Unfortunately, the receiving process can't be manually expedited on our end, but there are next steps if things don't move soon.
When to Open a Support Case
If your shipments have been in receiving status for an extended period of time from the checked-in date, you have the option to open a case through Seller Support. This is the recommended path to get the right team investigating directly.
You can also check the Reconcile tab in your Shipping Queue once your shipment becomes eligible — this is where you can formally request an investigation into any discrepancies.
Hang tight — these situations do get resolved! If you open a support case and don't get traction, feel free to come back here with that Case ID!

same problem, shipments not even allowed (couriers companies waiting for a slot) and then after delivery, receiving is not happening at all. Not sure why amazon cannot fast track basic fundamental of FBA, its loss to amazon (as well) in real terms as seller will reduce advt when stock is low.
