Has anyone else had to sign into Seller Central over and over with OTP?
I'm all for the security, but what the hell?

When you have to sign in (first screen), is there a little check box for "keep me signed in"
If so, check it.

I am having the same issue, normally on weekends. I just opened a case for this issue. I have to check-in, when active, about every 30 minutes. It's good to hear that I am not the only one with the problem. As to the theory that "keep me singed in" or "don't require this for this computer (similar)" they do NOT work for this problem. I've checked them all several times. I even tried to disable OTP but it is required to use the seller checkin, so I have to reinstall it. It also had a checkmark for not asking again. It didn't work either. With luck it will be fixed, as it is as noted a pain in the hind end. Good thing my phone (i use OOMA) is next to my computer.

Chatted with seller support yesterday. They said to wait a day. Well it has been another day and it still says "too many requests" and will not send password. The only way to sign on is to request a phone call. It logs off with browser open .

You should see a box to keep you logged in when you attempt to log back in after being logged out. Can you please provide your most recent Seller Support Case so I can review? Thank you for your understanding.
