NEED UPDATES on Amazon FBA shipment from China

I am at a loss on when to expect my shipment to show up in the Amazon warehouse. My shipment from China has supposedly "arrived" at the Amazon CLT2 warehouse. I have a form from the Freight Forwarder with an Appointment ID, an arrival time, and a closed time that the item arrived. The date is May 18th, and nothing has updated in my Seller Central page. How long am I supposed to wait? I at least thought it would be scanned by now to show it has arrived, but it is still showing "in transit".
