Amazon is sending me to Bankruptcy

Can anyone offer help before Amazon bankrupts me?

They already hold funds for 10 days, which I am used to but about a week ago, they sent me an email asking for details of a credit card. At first I thought it was a fake email as the card they were asking about, I don't have and is not on my account.

But then my payments stopped, so I asked the question and the email was genuine. I have tried to tell them I don't have this card and it is not on my account so how can I send them some thing that does not exist.

Seller support are as always are totally a waste of time. I send a reply to the email, telling them this card does not exist and all I get back is I have not sent them the details they want.

I have email managing director on Friday and had no reply, but I am at the moment still sending items, but Amazon is not paying me. I will either have to close my business or got bankrupt as I cannot pay my suppliers.

I am pulling my hair out trying to think of a way to tell these people that what they want does not exist. Does anyone have any ideas? I am out of options that I can think of.

This could be your payment card on file. We had the same issue a few weeks ago, they could just want it reconfirming or a new or valid payment card on file incase it has expired.

You can update this for your marketplaces in your settings.

If it's not this, what specifically are they asking you about the card?
