more coercion from Amazon to use them for everything

I've been trying to find out why my payments are deferred. First they wanted to know more details, but I was unable to reply because the proving I am a human grid would not clear in order to send, tick the right boxes and back it came again. So I raised a new case. THis time they explained the DD+7 payout policy, of which I was fully up to date on having read it all trying to figure it out, but my deferred date was more like 3 weeks than DD+7. So I raised another case as they closed it before I could reply.

THis time they are telling me since I don't use their integrated shipping they project a much longer final date, which is ludicrous given I use a courier and provide a tracking number. But I do it myself, which is my choice. I stopped using "stamps.franked" after it was made clear we would not get paid on time because of the lack of tracking - there was discussion on here from those whose items are so light they are only viable to be sent RM letter/large letter. Anybody reading this still that and getting their payments held back accordingly?

Meanwhile I have now had to raise another support case asking why my tracking numbers are not good enough to establish the actual delivery date . I fully expect to be quoted policy again and no discussion, but it isn't fair and it's just one more reason why it's hardly worth the trouble of selling on Amazon unless you have a massive inventory and sell loads regulary and preferably FBA which is clearly what they are working towards.

I wish they would remember back to when they were primarily an online book shop and happy to host booksellers like me who mostly used it as a way to sell the more unusual or expensive books. Now it's no thought for us and all for the massive turnover FBA brigade and the rules and policies are drawn up with no regard for the little people.
