UPS (Amazon Preferred Carrier) - Shipping Rates

Is there Amazon info on shipping rates using FBA Preferred carrier UPS according to size and weight of boxes shipped.

Would be useful when purchasing shipping boxes to know if there are different rates according the either the size or the weight of each box.

Would expect to see this in the help files but could not find specifics.

The problem is the variations in pricing.
I do not know if it is to do with weight, box size, or a combination of both.
If Box size is a variable, then we could purchase particular box sizes, and work out the best cost saving size to try and cut some costs of FBA shipment to Amazon Fees.

I assume there must be some sort of table of pricing, but unable to establish exactly how the pricing works.

Think the only difference in box size is where they become too big for fba

if no one else will say it the prices to send to FBA is penny’s and i dont even think about it with standard £2.95 a box sent… all ways standard size boxes
40 x 40 x 30 or what ever i have from delivery’s

Price for these do not change i don’t go over 8kg weight packing up to 200 items in each box depends what fits…

So maybe change you boxes and weights for lower prices

Sometimes we put a bigger box in with a bigger weight and then do a small box with a smaller weight and the bigger box actually costs less… seems to change it’s mind from time to time.

Can I add that, if the shipping costs are that big of an issue, I think the margin on the product(s) you are selling are way too low.

It is not about how big an issue shipping costs are.
The more you sell the more it becomes an issue as every business does not want to waste money needlessly if there is a cheaper option of what the business does.

No need to waste money.
We all drive for less costs and more profit.
Most business won’t last long if they are not concerned about running the business in the most cost effective way. That is the employee’s and management’s job to maximize the profits so we can all share in the rewards.
