Yellow and Red exclamation mark what's the difference
Can anyone advise we on what is the difference between a red exclamation mark in a triangle compared to a yellow exclamation mark in a triangle. It’s all very confusing. Is one more serious then the other?
My dispatch has been late the past week as we have had a few problems so the 10 day dispatch rate is with a red exclamation mark at 8.5%, these will be gone by tomorrow back to 0% but my 30 day is showing yellow exclamation and that is at 4.59%. it’s approx 120 orders
Any help would be appreciated thanks

yes - its like a traffic light system
yellow is a loose warning
red is a firm warning
are you able to increase your orders to water down the % ?

Yellow mark means, you might get away with whatever bs you are accused of (or you are guilty of)
Red mark means, that you will have to defend yourself and somehow still get suspended at some point (you do not want to have those on your account)
