Restricted Product Policy Violations

Hello

I wanted some help/Advice on this.

We have several restricted product policy violations on account for nutritional products. Most of them are on there for “NOT having ingredients”

I have looked into each one and we have provided ingredients for every single one of the products and have appealed this but just don’t seem to get anywhere or get responses.

Newer ones that come on are getting removed however all older ones still remain on our account.

If you have any advice on this, it would be much welcomed and appreciated.

I would like to inform you that Products offered for sale on Amazon must comply with all laws and regulations and with Amazon’s policies. The sale of illegal, unsafe, or other restricted products listed on these pages, including products available only by prescription, is strictly prohibited.

If you supply goods on Amazon, you should carefully review the Restricted Products Help pages before listing a product.

Further,

In order to reinstate ASINs that have been suspended, please complete the ingredient information in the ingredient field.

Once completed, you do not need to contact Seller Support for reinstatement as your ASIN will be reinstated within Two business days after the ingredients field is populated with the required information.

However if the same is not reinstated, click on contact us and provide the ASIN number and a detailed justification for reinstatement. Ensure that you follow all instructions in the Restricted Products notification prior to contacting the team.

Amazon is continually making adjustments to the systems we use to detect restricted products. Occasionally, the system may remove products that are allowed on the site. This may be due to incomplete or inaccurate product information.
