Why is there no 'Free returns' option?
I have a product that several sellers are also selling, but they all have the Free Returns option, which is not available on my product page. This product is not within Amazon's official restrictions. What is the reason for this? Is there any brother who can help answer? Thank you.

Hello,
It's important to note that the decision to offer free returns on a product is ultimately up to the seller. While Amazon does encourage sellers to offer free returns as a way to increase customer satisfaction and sales, it is not mandatory.
If you are interested in offering free returns on your product, you can do so by going to your seller account settings and enabling the option for free returns. Keep in mind that offering free returns may increase your sales but may also increase your return rates.
If you have any further questions or concerns about the process, feel free to reach out to Amazon seller support for additional assistance.
I hope this helps!

Hello @Seller_YAbm12l7AEmr4,
Michelle with the Community Manager team here. I have read your concerns regarding free returns and wanted to provide you with the Amazon return policy. You can make exceptions on which items you would like to manually approve the return, however, Amazon does enroll all your items in a free return unless you override the item from being returned for free.
If you have further questions, please let me know or reach out to Seller Support and they would be happy to walk you through how to set up the overrides.
I hope this information has been helpful.
Regards,
Michelle
