Suspended listing

I find I have over 400 items suspended for no obvious reason ( eg some OS maps and an observer book which I have lots of on my inventory) Once they suspend it how do I get my original listing re- instated without having to write out a description again ? I have tried before to go to the edit column but this doesn’t seem to give an option to simply copy the original details . I know that I may have to apply for approval but is there a way of then copying the description?
