Manage Experiment User Permissions

Hi, I would like your assistance on adding a new user to run A/B Testing in the Brands menu. We have followed Amazon instruction mentioned on the brands page to add new user but we doesn’t find the option as mentioned in this pathway, “You are designated as a secondary user and do not have permission to view this page. To resolve this, please ask the primary user to grant ‘View’ permissions under Settings -> User Permissions -> Manage Global Permissions -> Select user, and set status to ‘View’ for ‘Brand Benefit Eligibility’ in the ‘Performance’ category.” Do anyone have the same issue and how to solve this issue?!
