I entered in a Credit Card for Amazon sellers but it isn't working

I am trying to access amazon sellers however when I type in my credit card it says that it is unusable. This is the only credit card I have and am not sure why it's saying it cannot charge it. Would anyone be able to help with this?

we can't help because we're not amazon employees, just other sellers. BUT, the most common reason for a credit card error is sellers using not real credit cards including debit cards or prepaid credit cards.

You need a valid credit card to list or sell on Amazon. A debit card only works for fees, for example, professional monthly fee.

Hi @Seller_ZFdZ44AwUPola

Connor from Amazon here, thanks for your post.

Certain cards are not accepted by our system, it can be your bank, expiration date or other factor that reject the card.

I do see new sellers have the same issues sometimes due to their bank flagging transactions from businesses or services that they have never used before. You will have to contact your bank to see if that is the case on your end.

Please see the requirements page for debit/credit cards for more information.

You can also try another card that meets the requirements int he page above.

I hope this helps,

Connor
