Customers having issues with the QR code generated by Amazon for returns
Hi,
Nowadays a lot of our customers are contacting us because they are facing issues at scanning the QR code generated by Amazon for the buyer to return the item to us.
We have been suggesting them to contact Amazon customer support to get another QR code as we cannot generate another from our side. Instead Amazon customer service team is telling them to contact us instead for another QR code.
Anyone else having the same issue?

Yep. We are having the same issue. Only with Evri labels I have to say. We are fortunate that we can supply Royal Mail QR codes via our own website but it’s just another issue that Amazon refuse to acknowledge.
