I have a problem with the validation of my account and I was wondering if anyone had a similar issue and what is the best course of action.
Our VAT/GST registration status has been marked as "Verified—Pending Action" since March 10, 2025, preventing our account from selling any products.
After multiple calls with the Account Health Team, we have confirmed that all our information is correct and that there are no issues with our TIN verification but still the verification is ongoing.
On the https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GM472VUSJDLG2HSB using the links to EU VIES VAT Validation and EU TIN Validation we have checked that both clearly confirm that our VAT and TIN information are valid.
@Amazon_tax_team please tell me what to do in this case.
"@Amazon_tax_team " - am not aware of any such tag being active. VAT registration can take some time - you maybe just need to be patient. Your account will not be fully verified until that is (VAT/GST) is sorted out.
I've been going through similar, happening around the same time, and it has been completely devastating.
After going through many calls with Seller Support and the Account Health Team, the one thing I think I've learnt is that I don't think either of them really have any understanding or effect on the situation. It appears that the verification team in regards to VAT are separate to them - so often the information provided is incorrect. Initially the Account Health team told me everything was fine and my account was in good health, after having contradictory auto-notifications, so I left it - however eventually everything was suspended with devastating consequence.
I have no idea what to do and just keep on replying to every email possible, have got nowhere. If you ever find a way to resolve or even speak to a human that knows what they are doing please let me know - the lack of support has been appalling.
Dear, I have the same issue of my VAT number stuck in pending action I chatted to the help center a couple of times and they assured me that all my information is correct and it just needs some patience and time to get settled. Until then I am not listing any product and just waiting for the issue to resolve. Do tell if anyone's problem is resolved and how
