This initiative helps sellers increase product awareness, boost sales for slow-starting ASINs, and assist customers in making informed buying decisions.
To participate in Vine, sellers must meet certain prerequisites:
They must be registered as sellers in the Amazon.in store.
The item they wish to enroll in Vine must be registered in the Amazon Brand Registry.
After enrollment, Vine Voices can request the seller's enrolled products for review.
Amazon closely monitors Vine Voices' active participation and contributions to the program, ensuring that only the best reviewers remain in Vine.
For an item to be eligible for Vine:
It must belong to a brand that the seller is authorized to represent in the Amazon Brand Registry.
The product detail page should have fewer than 30 reviews.
The item must be available as a buyable FBA offer in "New" condition.
It should not be classified as an adult product.
The product must have already launched at the time of enrollment.
There should be available inventory for the item.
The product must have an image and a description.
By meeting these criteria and participating in Amazon Vine, sellers can leverage the program to enhance their product presence and drive informed purchasing decisions among Amazon customers.

Then you can see as below
You can access Vine in Seller Central, under Advertising > Vine to enrol eligible products at any time.
To enrol a product:
Enter an ASIN in the text box and click Begin enrollment.
Important: See About Amazon Vine for product restrictions.
Verify your product information.
Note: You can enrol any eligible variation for a product family.
If you are enrolling a product set, we generally recommend that you chose the option All product variations that are available in my inventory at a Fulfillment Center are available to reviewers. This gives the most flexibility to Vine Voices as they will be able to select their favourite variation, optimising your chances to get insightful reviews.
Enter the number of units you are enrolling for the ASIN family including variations.
Click Enroll.
Review the enrolment fee and accept the Terms and Conditions of the program.
Click Enroll to complete the enrolment.
At this point the items you enrolled will be accessible in the Vine dashboard. For more information to track your enrolments, go to Manage your Vine products.
