Royal Mail 24 (large letter) CRL not available on buy shipping.

Today and yesterday, I have not been shown the option to buy shipping Royal Mail 24 (large letter) CRL on all orders. It shows it for the majority of orders but then a couple of orders only show the option buy Royal Mail 48 (large letter) CRL.

Has anyone else had this problem or knows a solution?

If you have a direct account with RM, integrate on Amazon.

Then ask for special rates for Tracked 24/48 large letter size (except for under 100g). It costs around the same as CRL, and you get fully tracked, with transit cover.

CRL is not tracked mail and using it ought to affect your VTR metric.

You should be using RM48.

You dont need a direct account with Royal Mail (OBA) as that requires a minimum number of tracked shipments per day (5), but you can integrate Amazon with a Click and Drop personal account which produces labels for you which you pay for then and there. You can then get tracked 48 mail and post the parcels in your usual manner.

CRL is RM24/48. It is the same product.

Using RM24/48 can impact your VTR metric if you purchase outside of buy shipping or if you use buy shipping and don't use Automated Handling Time.

Going back to the OP's original question this issue is due to Amazon Buy Shipping, if they believe that a particular delivery method does not meet the delivery promise they won't show it. It must incorrectly believe that RM24 is slower than RM48 for these destinations.
