You can use the email that @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7provided but there is NO WAY that Bezos will ever see what you send.
It is the 'executive team' and they are hit and miss as far as effectiveness like everything else on Amazon. I had one of the 'team members' flat out lie to me a couple years ago about having spoken to the head of the company I was asking for help with.
They claimed they had "spoken to the President." What they did not know was that I had already been in contact with the individual (it's a small company) about the issue. He and I had been emailing back and forth for a couple years by that point.
I don't know if the guy got fired or not but he should have been axed by the end of the day.
Bezos has been gone for a couple years now and Jassy is perhaps even worse so good luck with whatever it is.
MAYBE if you represent the Publishers Clearing House and have a big check for him he can buy a new rocket.
