Amazon disposal fee, Amazon return fee

Hello guys, Thank you in advance,
I wanted to ask i sell in USA, from other country. My first product was deleted due to some issue. not getting into that. The main issue is when it was deleted my product from Alibaba reached USA Ports already. Now Amazon have that. I wanted to liquidate it but its not letting me.
I have a cousin in USA. I thought to use the option of return to my cousin address in USA.
My main questions are two:
1st: I saw somewhere amazon disposal fee is free for new sellers? its my 2nd month only. If no what is the fee for disposal?
2nd: Is return to address fee same as disposal fee?
if no then what is the disposal fee and what is the return fee? Thank you guys for your help! Couldn’t contact amazon for this.
