Is there a way to calculate shipping cost with Amazon Seller Central?

I am new to selling on Amazon, and I am still studying and doing research on selling products on Amazon. I was curious if I can calculate the shipping costs of my products on Amazon Seller Central. I am using the basic Individual Amazon plan.

Just calculate your shipping costs based on regular pricing at UPS / USPS / FedEx...

The commercial base pricing you get when you buy shipping through Amazon, PirateShip, Stamps, or other will save you some from the over-the-counter rates on which you based your price, but not enough different to change how you price your item.

Since you are on the individual plan, you cannot set shipping rates. You must check to see the shipping charge for that item/category and, if necessary, adjust the price of your item -- or in some cases, just don't sell that item on Amazon.
