How Long Are FBA Box Labels Valid Before They Expire?
Hello,
I am planning to have my suppliers in China print and label my cartons/boxes with Amazon FBA box labels before shipping them via sea freight. The boxes (non-expirable products) will first arrive at my 3PL/warehouse in the UK for inspection and then be forwarded to Amazon's Fulfilment Centre (FC).
I am concerned about the validity of the box labels. Does anyone know how long FBA box labels remain valid before they expire? If there’s a delay between printing, inspection, and delivery to Amazon’s FC, could this cause any issues with the labels being invalid or rejected?

Following on your post. FBA labels do not have expiration date, as this will be active during the shipment process. Our advice will be for you to make sure FBA labels do not use ink jet printers. To prevent the PDF print area from scaling, make sure the printer’s scaling settings are set to none or 100%. We also recommend that you periodically test your barcodes by scanning them. The tools in your seller account are optimized for thermal printers. You can also use laser printers.
