Amazon blocked my listing - help

Hi guys,

Amazon blocked my listing but I have 100 units in inventory with Amazon. What to do? :frowning:

B07ZJKKCGS

Will I have to dispose off the inventory? :sob:

The reason was Parallel Import but I source my goods from a UK supplier who is allowed to distribute by the right’s owner, but when I submit my sales invoice to Amazon they said they wanted proof of permission from the right’s owner.

I’m with @The_Little_Shop on this. I would try to do a “Removal Order” if you can.

If not you need to start on a very good appeal right now

  • Root Cause
    • Explain you did not know the goods were parallel imports
  • Actions Taken
    • Give several steps you took. Like checking the inventory and the source
  • Preventative Actions
    • Explain steps to prevent this happening again

To get a parallel import complaint, it’s likely that it’s the brand owner has complained, rather than Amazon.
You should have received an email giving contact details of the complainant.

did you buy from a trade only wholesaler ?

It should be in your performance notifications anyway.

explain to the what has happened and ask that if you can get your stock back from amazon, you can return it
