yes same here. No credits and no dispatched transaction history z. It’s been slmost 24 hours and still nothing.

Hi All,
Same problem here - orders marked as dispatched almost 24 hours ago now and absolutely no sign of payments updating and no sign of the order in the transaction view.
Orders do still appear as shipped in manage orders (which is something) but Amazon are not updating payments.
This needs sorting pdq or I am simply going to put my stuff on holiday on Amazon until this is sorted and I know I am going to get paid for sales!

But 5 orders of 16 have now come through (I have put account on holiday for a day due to order volume and concern over this). Its never happnend before

same issue here. just came to do my end of week processes and found that a few orders have not been paid by Amazon! both orders were dispatched yesterday lunchtime 4th December.

if it helps anyone, I just manually re-marked as dispatched my 2 troubled orders and BOTH my missing payments showed up an hour later! :)
If anyone else wants to see their money quicker worth having a go - not sure if it will trigger any defects so just try it with a small amount of orders first

Between 5pm and 7pm today the missing payments have come through.
No need to put on holiday mode or re-mark as dispatched would could cause further issues.

Mine have also come through now, quite a bit more than 24 hours later.
