Baffled by Integrations - Shipstation, Veeqo, Linnworks etc
Dear fellow Amazonians
Please help I am so confused.
I need a shipping integration service to comply with a possible switch of my postal services from RM to Amazon Shipping.
Amazon have sent me a list of many including Shipstation, Linnworks, Veeqo, Metapack etc. I feel so behind the times when it comes to this fancy software as I don’t have a clue what they do. We are still very “manual” and hands on. I have done lots of research, watched a ton of videos but it just looks like loads of work and hassle plus some of them charge a lot. What do they give that Click and Drop don’t?
Please can somebody enlighten me and perhaps recommend a more straightforward, less-costly integrator and any reviews on the Amazon Shipping service would be helpful.
Many thanks in advance

What else are you looking for it to do ?
If its just shipping labels just use amazon directly with no fees

I just wish the prices were transparent for postal services.
You never really know if you are getting a decent price or not haha

There is a massive amount of choice in this area now, some good, some bad, some terrible.
At the more budget friendly side you have Shipstation, and Baselinker.
You also have Multiorders, Veeqo, Cloud Commerce, Orderwise, Linnworks, Despatch cloud, Mintsoft
So, a massive amount will depend on what other channels you want to integrate as many offer some, few offer all and if they do its a premium.
The second thing for you is around what else you want it to do, if you a multi channel seller and you need something to do multipacks or bundles and also update stock levels across channels then it can save you a massive amount of time to get one.
Finally, accounting, a lot can integrate with Sage, Xero and Quikbooks and pull data in saving time and money.
Depends totally on your budget and needs.
Then there is the aspect of the amazon shipping, as if you want the VTR rate to be right you need one that allows you to buy through amazon as if you were on the platform.
Multiorders is good, Linnwords, Cloud Commerce good but you pay for it

I have read with interest this thread and would like to ask a general question. I have been doing some work in this area for myself. So, if I were to provide a solution for multi-channel fulfilment, what pricing structure would work for people? Would a fixed monthly cost work or % commission, or a combination of the two. I would need to be similarly priced to the others initially. I would look to add in all marketplaces eventually. But would like an idea of how viable this may be. I have been looking at creating an out of the box website solution with stock control, order management and marketplace integration. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

If you do not need stock control you can use zenstores. It is very user-friendly and at a reasonable price. We have been using it for a couple of years, but due to a lack of stock control, we need to migrate to another (more expensive) solution.
