Amazon is a scam place! They refund just because!
Dear Amazon, stop scam sellers and refund without any reason!
So, i shipped an item and it was delivered on time! Then the buyer sent a message that he made a mistake and ordered wrong color, so he opened a return request and it was accepted. Then he wrote again that he would like to exchange with another color and asked if he can return, but the return request was accepted by that time.
Today we got email that AZ was opened and closed with the refund to the buyer, no explanations… The buyer comment that he wanted to get another color and nobody replied! I thought accepting return and get the item back for a refund IS what the buyer MUST do in that situation, not a REFUND! This is insane and not the first time!
Amazon makes all possible to make this place of FREE goods…
It is getting “better” and “better” here…

i have stated on numerous occasions that the A-Z system generally is not fit for purpose. its to easy for scammers on amazon now and the bots that run things just are not human or don’t have brains.

Im gradually winding my business down from Amazon to virtually nothing, sellers are so vulnerable on here its borderline illegal the practices Amazon get away with, they can suspend you for anything at anytime and withhold your funds for months on end, you cant speak to anyone about anything, you are open to an automatic refund on every item you sell no questions asked and no recourse…
The stress and pressure of selling is enough on its own, the fact Amazon increase that a 1000% is something I can do without and im happily leaving this all behind me.
