Bullet Points and Descriptions have disappeared
We have 3500 listings, we have created them and have found quite a lot are now not showing Bullet Points and Descriptions on the product page. The information is on the edit listings page. They have been there as we have sold the products before. Only the price, images and title are showing. Amazon CS are not very helpful and want ASINs but it would mean clicking on every product to see if info is present, then they want links to suppliers pages which again is ridiculous. I need to know what’s causing it and how to fix. Exhausted thinking and from speaking to Amazon. Chocolate Teapot comes to mind. Thanks

has the title changed at all (even slightly);
we have an ongoing issue with another selling based abroad who uses the Build-International-Listing tool on a weekly basis (although he doesnt sell on the UK platform) to upload his edit of the listing data onto all the other territories’ marketplaces;
and the BIL tool has superiority over any local data submissions.
so it updates with his version of the title text, overwrites the product description with blank and replaces the bullet points either with junk or blanks.
And also puts a legal disclaimer of “we despatch from France - import duty may be payable”
I managed to get seller support to remove the legal disclaimer text from about 10 listings - but have another few hundred to do -
amazon support wont help any further - tell me to report it as abuse.
and the abuse team say they cant identify any abuse on the asins I submitted (nor will the uk edit tools allow me to revert the changes)

Hi, The title is still the same, image and brand is still the same. Cant see anyone else selling on the listings either

My brand name has also changed from ‘Generic’ to ‘[GenericYoicn Lth’

So had a mare of a job with Amazon CS. Numerous emails, calls and chats back and forth. Each time they are asking for individual ASINs. What I am wanting to know is why this happened, what caused it and how to stop it happening in future. If your listing is missing this information it isnt indexed which means it wont show in the searches for customers.
I have been told that Amazon UK are not recognising the Bullets or descriptions - yet they are showing on Sweden that we dont sell on !
They have said I need to delete the listing and relist. So I will loose feedback and time. No answers still from them. Frustrating and exhausting.
I have asked for a list of the products that have the unrecognisable bullets and description so I can reenter them as I will have to view all 3000+ listings. No luck as yet. Its been escalated but that has been said before with no outcome.

I am facing exacly the same but support is being of zero help.
All bullet points have vanished. I can still see them on the manage inventory/edit page but none are showing on the live listing.

Same issue here, SS useless as usual - no idea how to rectify it. SS tried suggesting deleting and then adding again, I reluctantly tried - didn’t work.

Ok so I may have had a break through… I just kept asking until I had one CS who actually helped. I dont even want to think of the time I have spent on this and the sales we have lost, Turned out half of our listings were effected. thats over 1500 listings. Issue got sent to Internal team to investigate who today sent me this message…

Please be informed that your concern was forwarded to our internal team and today we have received an update stating that they have completed the review and safe-listed the seller for the brand.
Please allow 24 hrs for the changes to be reflected post which you can update the detail page information again.
