1 star without a review
i have received 1 star with no review on my product that immediately tanked me sales. I don't know who is the customer, what is the reason. I cant even report it on the listing. and it has impacted the average star rating badly. it is so frustrating for a new seller like me. what can I do in this case. can I request from Amazon to remove it or even look into it?

Thank you for reaching out with your concerns with your star ratings. In general Amazon will only be able to review instances in which the buyer provided feedback, if the buyer only provided a rating it would not be eligible for removal. Amazon will only remove feedback that in specific situations. You can review these situations on the Can Amazon remove buyer feedback? help page.
While I can understand you are frustrated that you got this rating, ratings alone cannot be removed. I would recommend reviewing your other feedback and product reviews to see other places you might be able to improve. Please let me know if you have any other questions on this.
