Requesting approval to sell - bought from ebay
Hi, on a steep learning curve, I seem to hit random challenges on different products. So my latest is requesting approval. The notification for the product I’m looking to sell says Amazon need a Purchase Invoice from manufacturer or distributor. If I buy my items from an outlet store on ebay, would an ebay invoice meet Amazons criteria?

No as you are the 2nd retailer in the chain therefore the item is used, not new
You are doing what is called retail arbitrage and therefore should list as used
If you wish to sell as new, you need to buy direct from manufacturers or wholesalers

No, as @The_Little_Shop has said. You will have to find a wholesaler or distributor acceptable to Amazon, or abandon the attempt.
In general, retail arbitrage is not a good business model because you will never have acceptable purchase invoices if Amazon ask for them, which they will do at some stage. It’s a good way of getting your account suspended without hope of recovery, as many unschooled sellers have discovered to their cost.
Your learning curve might be less steep if you took the time to go all the way through Seller University before moving on.

And just to add that you can only list items as new if you are registered with hmrc and amazon as a business , either sole trader or ltd company
