amazon keeps asking for the same documents over and over to verify our status as european based seller
we had a stop on our payments due to amazon doubting our location of business being in europe. This was suddenly, with no reason, as we do have all paperworks turned in and correct. we keep getting requests for certain documents, which we promptly provide, but it is getting weird, as amazon keeps asking for the same documents over and over. This has been going on for weeks now, and our money is held back. I learned that is is an issue with many retailers, so what is going on? we seem to be in a loop where amazon keeps sending us senseless emails just to keep us ocupied. This is totally f*cked up. Help!
And of course we are in europe. we are located in Germany, all our documents state that. We have no clue why amazon is doubting our status.

A disgrace.....I'm located in Portugal and it's precisely the same thing. All funds frozen and business at risk of going bankrupt. Since January 25th with funds frozen .
I have already sent all the possible documents in Portugal and they are always asking for more and more and more....endless.
A circle with no exit....
They even send me notifications to send documents from the United Kingdom. When I am Portuguese and I am registered in Portugal and operate from Portugal.
I don't know what to do anymore....and without any support from Amazon.
