Featured offer Eligibility - Guidance Needed

Hello,

I urgently seek assistance, I am facing issue regarding the featured offer eligibility my private label branded product is not getting featured offer eligibility since I re-stocked it. It has been more than 7 days, I am contacting support but no resolution has been given just a reply that our internal team is working on it.

My offer price is competitive and lower than competitors, no policy compliance flags, account health is good no defects, using FBA, stock is more than 500, checked pricing health no suggestions in that, only seller, offering 5% discount voucher, also to revive buybox offering promotion of buy 2 get 10% but no success at all.

Sales dropped massively, unable to run sponsored products ads due to no buybox.

I'd really appreciate insights from anyone who has faced similar problem or knows what could be causing this.

I've checked internally and found that your case (ID: 11528668732) has been escalated to the Managing Director. They are actively working on this and responded less than a day ago.
