I have been trying to get ungated on a Stanley product for weeks on end and it still won’t allow me to be approved , my invoice was wrong at first so I sent my products back and re ordered them, got a brand new invoice with all the correct information and I still have not been approved on the product, every time I try I am greeted with a bot like , automated response which proves it’s not a human viewing my invoice , when I try to contact support I’m not supported, I’m given information that is very obvious to me and isn’t sorting my issue out, nobody can put me through to the brand approval team, I’ve been told I’ll be cont aged personally about my issue and have been left in the dark , this is literally so unprofessional and even worse that I pay a monthly subscription to sell on Amazon and still can’t sell although I’ve followed the rules , I would like a manager to contact me personally about this issue so I can get it resolved

Amazon sometimes requests invoices with more than 10 units combined purchase of requested brand

-invoices must be not older than 6 months

I attached 100% good invoices for brand approval, not older than 6 months,

more than 10 units purchase on the invoice

My requesr not approved without any reason,explanation -You didn't attach requested documents...

this is complete nonsense and comedy, seller wastes time on nonsense work without

any normal answer

I have been trying to get approved to see a brand for over a month now. My invoice was initially rejected with no explanation as to why. I resubmitted and was rejected again but this time I was asked to supply an invoice showing the supplier’s full business name and address.

I phoned the brand owner and explained my frustration and he personally issued me an invoice with the above requested details and it has been rejected with no explanation again.

I don't know what else I can provide. I have lost a lot of business due to this issue; please can this be investigated if possible?
