About Infringement of Intellectual Property Received No Impact on Account Health

Hello amazon account health team, on 20 July 2024, our account received an intellectual property complaint for this reason ‘Trademark on Product Detail Page’, we immediately took action on this situation and sent our necessary objections from the ‘send information’ option, then when we checked the violation from the ‘Product Policy Compliance’ page, there was a ‘No Impact’ in the ‘Account Health Rating Impact’ section, but our account health score decreased from 204 to 196. Although we immediately sent this situation from the ‘send new information’ section and reported this to amazon, this violation is still in our account and the impact on our account health continues.
