New Account Deactivated - Call Back won't work
I’ve opened a new account and did a video call to confirm my identity, However it seems i have been verified for Amazon US but my account is deactivated for UK… Everytime i try the callback feature it doesn’t work and i keep getting a generic repsonse when i add to my case.

Verification videos are done from US for uk site
I believe after the video it says it can take up to 72 hours to activate your account
Some point after this, they’ll also require your business documents if you are buying and reselling for a profit (rather than just selling off your old used possessions) which presumably you are by your name
